Terms and Conditions

Guest Responsibility

  • The Melhor Stay Villas are Vacation Rental Homes and NOT a Resort
  • Check In: 15:00 hrs and Check out: 11:00 hrs
  • Please be mindful of the neighbouring Villas and others guests.
  • No lifeguards / attendants are on duty at any time. It is the responsibility of individual owners to supervise any young or non-swimmers.
  • Guest is responsible for his / her personal belongings & valuables.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villas. A penalty of INR 10,000 will be charged.
  • No pets are allowed
  • In case of any damages to the home / common property, it will be debited / recovered from the guest.
  • Loud music is not allowed.
  • No food or drinks should be taken near the pool edge.
  • Only inhouse / registered guests are allowed inside the villa.
  • No guest allowed without prior information.
  • Any illegal activities prohibited.
  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn and long hair must be tied up or a cap worn to avoid clogging of the filters, while using the pool.
  • Early check-in- & Late check-out- is subject to availability.
  • Couples or family more preferred.
  • We have multiple villas in the same complex, interiors vary. Villa will be allocated as per the availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Campo Manor: cancellation within 21days of the check in date Non-refundable.
  • Allurre and Mayberry: cancellation within 14 days of the check in date Non-refundable.
  • Any booking between 22nd Dec to 02nd Jan will be non-refundable.
  • Multiple Villa / Group booking cancellation 60 days / Non-Refundable
  • Any booking during Festive periods like Diwali / New year/ Christmas/long weekends / Blackout dates will be non-refundable

Refundable Deposit Policy:

  • Refundable deposit for Allurre of Rs. 30,000/- to be transferred at the time of booking. In case of any damages, an amount will be deducted from the same and remainder, will be credited to your accounts after 72 hours of check out.
  • Refundable deposit for Mayberry of Rs. 40,000/- to be transferred at the time of booking. In case of any damages, an amount will be deducted from the same and remainder, will be credited to your accounts after 72 hours of check out.
  • Refundable deposit for Campo Manor of Rs. 50,000/- to be transferred at the time of booking. In case of any damages, an amount will be deducted from the same and remainder, will be credited to your accounts after 72 hours of check out.
