House Rules

• Please be mindful of the neighboring Villas and other guests.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villas. A penalty of INR 10,000 will be charged.
• Check out time is 11am & Check in time is 3pm.
• Breakfast Timing 9am to 11am.
• Our Villa attendant is available from 9am to 8pm for daily housekeeping service & cleaning of the villa. If you require the housekeeping staff to stay past 8pm there will be additional cost of INR 1,000+GST per staff member untill 11.30 pm which will be subject to availability. Please inform us 48 hours prior.
• We do have Chef on call at an extra cost of Rs. 2000+GST per meal, which will be subject to availability. Please inform us 48 hours prior.
• We offer UV water. UV water purifier Machine is serviced regularly.
• No pets are allowed
• Only inhouse / registered guests are allowed inside the villa.
• In case of any damages to the home / common property, it will be debited / recovered from the guest.
• The common swimming pool is shared. Please allow other villa guests to enjoy the Pool too.
• Common Pool timing is 8am to 7pm only.
• No lifeguards / attendants are on duty at any time. It is the responsibility of individual owners to supervise any young or non-swimmers.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn and long hair must be tied up or a cap worn to avoid clogging of the filters, while using pool.
• It is not advised to use the swimming pool in the dark or while intoxicated.
• Bath / Pool towels not to be carried outside the premises for beach use.
• Loud music is not allowed post 10pm.
• No food or drinks should be taken near the pool edge.
• Guest is responsible for his / her personal belongings & valuables.
• Do not hang /dry clothes on the balcony railings.
